Gluten free homemade guacamole

What haven’t I done before? Made guacamole.

Ingredients:
3 x Green finger chillis
1 x Bunch of coriander
2 x Vine tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 x Red onion, in halves
0.5 x Lime
3 x Ripe avocados
Salt and pepper

Method:
1. Put the green chillis, coriander and chopped vine tomatoes into an electric chopper and pulse for a couple of times (not too much but so everything is evenly chopped). Put the mixture in a large bowl removing any liquid (usually from the tomatoes).
2. Scoop the avocados into the electric chopper and squeeze the lime in – pulse once or twice as you want it to stay quite chunky.
3. Put the avocado into the large bowl with the chilli/onion mixture. Mix together and add salt and pepper to taste.
