Gluten free posh peas

What haven’t I done before?
Mushy peas (I appreciate that this is super simple but I had frozen peas to use as my freezer broke).

Ingredients:
0.5 x Bag of frozen peas
50g x Butter, salted
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Boil frozen peas until soft. Then drain well.
2. Add the butter.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mash, mash and mash.
5. Mash some more.
6. Stop mashing.
