Gluten free sweet pepper and spring onion side

What haven’t I done before? Combined these 2 ingredients – this is such a simply recipe.

Ingredients:
5 x Sweet peppers, diced
6 x Spring onions, diced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Method:
1. Pre-heat the over to 180 degress celsius.
2. Put the peppers and spring onions into an ovenproof dish – drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
3. Put in the over for 30 minutes but turn after 15 minutes.
4. Can be served as a side with most dishes.
…I know…so so simple!
