Hannah’s gluten free harissa chicken

What haven’t I done before? I haven’t personally cooked using harissa before (although I had it a lot as a kid) and I also haven’t used the lime juice contraption seen in the picture (very exciting and a kitchen must have).

Ingredients (serves 4):
8 x Chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp harissa paste
3-5 tbsp natural yohurt
3 x Shallots, diced
1 x Fresh lime
Salt and pepper

Method:
1. Pre-heat the over to 180 degree celcius.
2. In the chicken tray (or a seperate bowl) put the harissa, natural yoghurt, salt, pepper and shallots and mix until the chicken is evenly covered. Squeeze the whole lime to cover the chicken.
3. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
4. Serve with vegetables and rice.
