Sophie’s gluten free smoothie

What haven’t I done before? Used frozen berries in a smoothie – I would use these again as I loved how cold they made the smoothie!

Ingredients:
200g x Frozen blackberries
100g x Raspberries (you could use frozen)
1 x Banana, chopped
250g x Vanilla yoghurt
0.5 x Pint of milk
Honey (optional)

Method:
Put everything into a blender and whizz until smooth. Add more milk if you need it to be thinner. You can add honey if it isn’t sweet enough but it’s lovely without.
